Mallorca – inHAUS – The luxury prefabricated industrialized villa

We can congratulate one of the most spectacular projects of inHAUS, so far. One of the best examples of luxury industrialized villas in Spain. This custom-made inHAUS house is made up of nine modules and has a useful surface area of ​​684 m2. This is a luxury villa in Mallorca. Adapting an initial sketch from another architecture studio into a modular house inHAUS. The entire project was taken care of by the inHAUS team: the development of the project, the adaptation, the construction, as well as the delivery and implementation of the house in record time in the Balearic Islands.

A LUXURY VILLA

684 M² OF CUSTOMIZED HOUSE

Each house is customizable and exclusive with regard to finishing materials, floors, paint, tiling, etc. and are chosen by you with the advice of inHAUS architects, interior designers and decorators.

A house designed to take advantage of every corner. The upper floor includes a large living room and open kitchen spread over 112 m2.

The endless terraces, giving access to the swimming pool and firepool (rest or chill out area) blend with the sea. The master bedroom, with bathroom and sauna, is also on this floor. This space is organized on almost 60 m2. Additionally, a large guest bedroom with its own bathroom. These two rooms have a private terrace. The porches enjoy sea and mountain views from two different orientations.

This Mediterranean style villa combines different large format exterior porcelain tiles.

Sand, neutral and earth tones with brown predominate. The swimming pool, 14.5 meters long and with almost 50 m2 of pool area, is dominated by light and white tones. A large solarium and relaxation area (firepool) complete the exterior amenities.

Industrialized homes and luxury finishes This main terrace also includes a covered area with a modern outdoor kitchen. On the roof, the solar panels are integrated and completely invisible from the outside. Next door, the upper terrace offers breathtaking sea views, especially at sunset, in this exclusive cove in the west of the island of Mallorca.

A stone fence, a large garden with native vegetation and earth and white tones give this luxury villa all its Mediterranean aroma.

This modular house, located on the largest of the Balearic Islands, has a custom ceiling height of 2.90 meters on the upper floor, while the usual high-end inHAUS standard is 2.60 m. All doors and windows are floor to ceiling. This is one of the trademarks of inHAUS modular homes.

Furthermore, this luxury villa is completely “domesticated”. And has dimmable lamps: the intensity can be adjusted to create the most appropriate ambiance. Every detail matters in our luxury industrialized homes. inHAUS quality label and guarantee.

Double kitchen, this premium modular house has a double kitchen. One, main open to the living room and a second, more discreet kitchen (dirty kitchen). A quality detail, with different options depending on the occasion.

The kitchen has its own personality thanks to the combination of suspended columns, anthracite-colored joinery and dark tones.

The integration of Jurassic stone into the interior design of the house is another distinctive element of this luxury house in Mallorca. This unique covering goes perfectly with the gray and neutral tones of bathrooms and toilets. The double-sided gas fireplace is also covered in the same Jurassic stone, bringing a warm feeling to the living room and comfort to the interior courtyard.
